We charge by the job. We give you the homeowner a set price to do the work which is agreed upon before we get started.

Yes we do. Our minimum charge for a visit from our crew is $250.

Absolutely. We are happy to offer our clients a 10% recurring service discount when you book your service to be done on an annual basis.

When your washing project is completed, we will send you an invoice where you can find our bank details at the bottom of it in order to do a bank transfer. You will then be emailed a paid receipt.

Yes, we do! If both you and your neighbour book in, you both receive 10% off your estimate. That discount is across the board on all our house washing, roof washing and pressure washing services.

It is not necessary that you are home, however, most clients like to be home at the start of the project to meet the crew.

We ask that you close all your windows and remove all items around your home. For example, if we are cleaning your patio we ask you to remove all furniture and belongings so that the crew has proper access for cleaning.
